Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the home items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, hardware, and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package over any old shipping labels.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
